Primary School Direct Programme
Why train with us?
The Primary School Direct programme operates from Wolfson Hillel Primary School in partnership with more than 20 schools across North London, representing diverse Jewish traditions. Our accredited provider is the London School of Jewish Studies.
About this training programme
This initiative delivers comprehensive preparation aligned with core teacher standards, featuring a specialist Jewish Studies / Limmudei Kodesh track.
Trainees work within classroom environments at their home school and lead their own classes. The programme includes time for coursework and in-school mentoring. Both home school staff and external accreditors observe candidates regularly throughout the year.
Participants receive employment from their home school at the unqualified teacher’s pay scale for the programme duration.
